Random Thoughts
I am pretty stoked. So much going on right now and loving every minute of it. I have plenty of work and the 2 Unemployed Radio Guys Podcast is doing great. I am having a blast working with Shmonty. Plus it’s always a great thing to get feedback from subscribers and how much they are enjoying our episodes so far. I have also been squeezing in time to write. The book is coming along but not going as fast as I would like it to be. I am trying to have the rough draft done by end of May. You can still pick up your Who the Fuck Is Bryan Shaw T-shirts here.. Proceeds of this shirt go to funding it as I am going to be self publishing this bad boy.
Now the shameless self promotion is out of the way I can talk new music. I’m totally digging the new Myles Kennedy record, Year of the Tiger. Myles is one of the best singers in the business and I have been a fan since his days in the Mayfield 4. This record is a little different from Alter Bridge and Slash, but that is the point of the side project or solo record.
I also got my hands on the new Judas Priest and this record is killer! I wasn’t sure what to expect as I wasn’t a huge fan of their last record, but Firepower does not disappoint. The band sounds as good as ever and I think Rock n Roll needed a shot in the arm with this band and record.
